ASF clip created with H265 not playing in Movies and TV app

Hi Team ,

We have created a ASF clip with Video(H265) and Audio.

If I play it in Movies and TV app, getting the below error

Missing codec:

This item was encoded in a format that's not supported

And after that only Audio is playing.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Windows OS name : Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise

Version : 10.0.19042 build 19042

Note: The same ASF file is playing in VLC media player

Is your ASF clip created by code?

What type of project is yours?

Yes, ASF file created using C++ code using wmsdk, below are the interfaces used to create the file.
IWMWriter*, IWMWriterAdvanced*, IWMProfileManager*, IWMProfile*

Ours is a C++ project.

For better troubleshooting, Could you provide a sample that reproduces your problem in a blank project without any personal privacy?
