How to integrate Azure alert with TEAMS using (-webhook-) email?

Good day!
I saw this article and would like to check with Azure if there are other ways to do this integration?

How can we make the webhook URL work between TEAMS and Azure Alert?

HI there,

I used this approach before (webhooks), but currently I recommend using native channel capabilities with dedicated email aliases for each Teams channel

I hope MS would make the webhook work without using Logic App or adding another layer of complexity.
