Microsoft authenticator generating invalid codes for discord - other codes are working - discord consistently says invalid code - uninstalled and reinstalled without improvement
Remove 2FA from your Discord account after logging in using a backup/sms code
Remove Discord account from Authenticator app
Reactivate Discord 2FA with the app.
This should fix the issue
Still invalid codes after reinstalling (no idea how I managed to get into discord to remove the 2fa)
If all steps are done correctly, Discord won't let you activate 2FA until a valid code has been provided in this window.
If the code validates here, the following will be valid too, unless something is wrong with the service, and in that case you might want to reach out to Discord's support.
Make sure there isn't more than one entry for Discord in the Authenticator app
