If I'm not mistaken, you want to use the original name format when enroll your Android device to Intune, rather than the automatically generated format. As far as I know, this is not feasible because the device will be reset. We recommend to use Intune User Voice to create or look for existing topic. Hope it will be achieved in the future.
Currently, we can use the Rename device action to rename a device that is enrolled in Intune. Please refer to the following link for more details:
