Unable to get all attributes which is getting from SAP to MIM and also MIM Portal not working( Error says "You do not have permission to access thi site)

Dear Team,

1st issue MIM Portal not working, getting You do not have permission to access this site with Administrator account( This is the account used to install MIM all components and has all permission to site).

I am getting the user Data from SAP and then suddenly these user attributes not provisioning to MIM and MIM Portal, these are errors,

No Attributes provisioning for the users which is coming from SAP,
