ODBC DSN working in ODBC test and Access, but not Excel

Hi,
I have numerous DSNs for connecting to data sources, without issue. However, I have two which test fine in the ODBC64 Source Administrator and MS Access but when I try to use it excel I get a password failure. I am 100% the username an password are correct, and have cleared them and retried multiple times.
Any clues?

Could you please take a screenshot oft the password failure?
I would suggest you check the connection string first like the suggestions in "Connection to ODBC driver fails in PowerPivot for Excel 2010 or PowerPivot for Excel 2013".
