Hi,
The Default IP for each subnet in Azure will be the second IP. If you use a subnet 10.0.0.0/24, the default gateway is 10.0.0.1. You can use the next hop as default IP and try if that works.

hello
we have deployed an ASAv in Azure to provide remote access
I have been running a packet capture and packet trace
I can see the remote access packets routing to the Outside interface
the packets are not routing to the inside
the packet trace shows suboptimal routing -- the packets are routing back out the outside interface
using a standard ASA configuration I would define a next hop on the inside interface
I am not sure how to match on the ASAv --what would be my inside next hop ? is it the subnet +1 ?
