    Hi @IBN

This is not controllable with Teams Admin and must be set by the user.

I have also looked into the different settings files in %Appdata%\Microsoft\Teams but there is no easy way to customize and push these json files (per user).

At this time, it is not possible.

    Hi @IBN

I'm sad to hear that only the users themselves can modify their notification settings. There is no such policies can control the notification settings.

In this case, we recommend you vote for it in Teams UserVoice. Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
