Certification earned passing MS-200 and MS-201 (both retired and replaced by MS-203) is still valid if renewed annually. Any reason to take MS-203?

I earned the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate" certification in 2019, passing MS-200 and MS-201 exams.
Since then I renewed it online every year.
Esams MS-200 and MS-201 were retired on August 31 2020 and MS-203 replaced them.
Considering that my certification is still valid, is there any reason why I should take the MS-203 exam?
