- Check that the accounts passwords of the Forefront Identity Manager Service, Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service and User Profile Synchronization Service are consistent.
step to Forefront Identity Manager Service, Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service: Windows services->Forefront Identity Manager Service, Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service->right click->properties->Log on->change password
step to User Profile Synchronization Service : central administration->configure service account->save
- You can also stop and start FIMSynchronizationService and FIMService using powershell.
