id@xbox page access error

hello,

since toady i can't access the website: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/publish
what happened? how should i solve this?

it says:

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'anchor@rocketmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '1f32efd1-9f07-4ad5-afe7-1e19efc74cbf'(ID@alfonso1999 Onboarding) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hi @Norbert Kett ,

    This might be an issue with the Xbox page, but I just tried logging in there and did not have that issue.

    When facing the AADSTS50020 error, you can try these steps:

    1. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito (no other tabs open)
    2. Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data ‘and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
    3. Make sure that you are logging in with the account that has the credentials you need for that page. You may need to try a fresh browser in case you are being automatically logged in with saved information.

    If you still face this error after trying these steps, you can reach out to Xbox support.

    hello @Marilee Turscak-MSFT ,

    thanks for the response. i already tried these. full browser reset, incognito tab, other browsers, a freshly installed alternative browser, another device, etc ...
    but no luck. i tried the developer support, but they said its out of their scope. until this thursday i could access that page without any problem.

    now i can login, but our accepted application is missing!!! what is going on?
