AD 2012 problem in resolving hostname

hi community and support

i have an issue all of the sudden my AD unable to resolve any hostname from external but i can ping any website ip the only problem cant resolved hostname so my AD wont be able to browse. i tired to reset the winsock, registerdns, flushdns but nothing works. but if i change the IP configuration to dchp everything fine, can anyone help me to solved this issue im new to active directory.

    Hi @Myron Ray

    It looks like your DNS Server is set to 127.0.0.1 (which is localhost).

    1) If you run the DNS Server service on your server then you should check the configuration/status.

    2) If you don't run DNS on this server either change your adapter's setting to the DNS Server's IP Address or you can simply use 8.8.8.8 (instead of 127.0.0.1) which is Google's DNS.
