Options on Calendar Invitation Problem

Question

I have a problem with calendars, so one of my users who use Microsoft 365 Business Standard sends a calendar invitation from Outlook Desktop to a user on Google Workspace (GMail) but the recipient doesn't appear the option to choose yes, no, or maybe.

However, other users including myself who use Microsoft 365 also don't experience this problem, so the calendar invitation recipient on Google Workspace (GMail) can choose yes, no, or maybe on the invitation.

I think the problem is with the Outlook Desktop user, but after trying it with another laptop and Outlook Desktop using that user account the result is still the same.

Can anyone help how to solve this problem so that the option can appear in the recipient's calendar invite? Thank you

According to my research and test, this problem seems to be related to the settings of Google Calendar:
Open Google Calendar.
At the top right, click Settings.
On the left, under General, click Event settings and then go to Add invitations to my calendar.
Select When I respond to the invitation in email（Note: The setting will apply to new invitations.）

Send a new meeting invitation from Outlook after you complete the setup to see if the issue continues.
