Copy specific files and folder from on-prem to Sharepoint using logic app

I am trying to Copy specific files and folders from on-prem to Sharepoint using the logic app.
Whenever I am trying to do it, I am getting an error whenever it encounters the folder name, but I am able to copy the files.

My ask is how to copy specific files and folders/subfolders, not all files or folders from on-prem to SharePoint site.

As per my current flow, see below, I am able to copy all the files but not able to copy the files along with the folder name

My expected output is

Hi Amykm,

Try it Like below
Since the files are static in nature File the filenames in One array Like below

Once its done use the Filter array action and give the From Property from List Files in a Folder and Use the Array and filenames in the condition. Sample looks like below

Then you can send fileter array as an input to foreach

Could you Please look into it?

Also, how to copy the folders, If you can find them in the requirements I want to move a set of files and folders from on-prem to SharePoint
