Exchage online lose authorization role

On hybrid Exchange environment I try to edit the connector on 365 but all the edit settings were grey and the button to add new connector was disappeared. If I try by powershell the command Set-InboudConnector I find a message that say the command it's not recognized. I discovery the exchange administration role "Organization Management" has losed a lot of autorization like "Organization Transport Settings". I add the authorization again and it works but I don't understand what happened. Where Could I find some logs.
