If I create the Event hub and Event namespace by using the Azure CLI , Is the cost will be consumed?

It's free to use the Azure CLI, but the Event Hub will cost as soon as it is provisioned, regardless of whether it is deployed by CLI or the Azure Portal.

Command --> az eventhubs namespace create --name mynamespace --resource-group myResourceGroup
If i using the above command how much cost will be consumed and where to check. Please explain me in detailed.
The namespace is free, until an Event Hub is placed in the namespace, once a Event Hub is created the costs are charged per hour: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/event-hubs/?WT.mc_id=AZ-MVP-5004796
You can then use Cost Analysis in the Azure Portal, to track the costs and setup alerts.
