Snip & Sketch has wrong icon

Hello,
I like using the snip and sketch tool and have it pinned to my task bar, but recently its icon changed to the Spotify Icon. I have no idea how to change it and it's extremely annoying to constantly confuse the two.
I can't determine where the snip and sketch application is housed so I can't update the system icon.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it keeps the spotify icon.

Any guidance is appreciated.

    You can reset the app:

    Open Settings

    System

    Apps

    Apps & features

    Scroll down to Snipping tool

    Advanced options

    Reset

    ==============

    Open File Explorer > Folder Options > Views to show Hidden System Files.
    Next, go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local folder.
    Delete the hidden IconCache. db file. Reboot.
    This action would purge and rebuild the icon cache.
