Azure Forms Recognizer Neural Model "Data protection key is invalid"

When training a neural model in Forms Recognizer Studio, we are getting the error "Data protection key is invalid:Customer data key no longer exists"
We have the forms recognizer resource and the storage resource in the correct region. Any guidance on what could be wrong will be much appreciated.
