Macros Block in network

Question

Hi Every One,
I am facing issue while opening My 365 Excel Sheet in Network location , Whenever I open File it Show error Microsoft has blocked from ruining because the source of this file is Untrusted I have Tried Using PowerShell and Adding Location in Trusted Location. But It shows same error.
