I'd like to install windows 10 on my intel NUC equipped with a samsung ssd 970 evo but the disk doesn't show up during installation, an error shows up saying it can't find the device drivers.
The driver provided by samsung is an exe file and can't be installed during installation. Is there another driver that can resolve this ? Or is there another way for windows to find a driver by itself ?

    Hi @Silver

It has been mentioned in the article https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install-winpc/clean-install-of-windows-10-os-on-new-ssd-best/9186ae98-b2b4-4b7a-b3ff-0b053ce2d1c9 that you should be performing a clean Windows 10 installation to pick up the new SSD drive.

Try performing a new Windows 10 installation using the Windows 10 installation media:

The problem was actually from the ISO downloaded from the windows 10 installation media, the ISO works fine for HDDs and regular SSDs but doesn't work with nvme SSDs.

To be able to install windows 10 on the samsung ssd 970, using the windows 10 installation media, you have to create a live USB instead of downloading the windows 10 ISO.
