Why is my screen split into 3 sections, with the ones on the sides making the screen faint?

So recently my screen has split into 3 sections, it doesn't show well on white screens, but shows really well on black screens. The ones on the sides is making my screen more pale, and the one in the center is normal. Can someone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them?
