Missing certification in Dashboard

Hi

On September 28, 2021 I passed theAzure Data Engineer Associate certification.

I have received emails about renewing, but I am not able to see the certification in the dashboard.

Can you please help me sort this out.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
