FWPM_LAYER_ALE_BIND_REDIRECT_V4 question

Hello Experts

I am facing issues using Bind Redirection in Windows Filtering Platform.

I follow all instructions from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/network/using-bind-or-connect-redirection

The Problem is as follows.

If I use Bind Redirect filter then I am unable to use ALE AUTh connect/Transport outbound layers, i.e traffic does not flow.
It works if I use UDP in Bind Redirect and use TCP in other layers or vice versa.
Functionality of BIND Redirect though works fine.

Help highly appreciated
