what is the eligibility criteria to get free account in azure

I am trying to register for azure free account using my email id but getting a message saying you are not eligible for a free account. i want to know what is the eligibility criteria to get free account

Hi,

Did you used it in the past or using one of your accounts and card details? Check the eligibility over here ms-azr-0044p

"We offer eligible customers USD200 in Azure credits (“Credits”) to be used within the first 30 days of sign-up and 12 months of select free services (services subject to change). This offer is limited to one Azure free account per eligible customer and cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise permitted by Microsoft."

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

• The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
• The credit card information is correct.
• You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information
