SharePoint Online - Portal Managed Path Sites

Dear MS Q&A,

Observed the following Sites that appears only visible via PowerShell via Get-PnPTenantSite cmdlet:

https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/portals/Community (Site Template: POINTPUBLISHINGTOPIC#0)
https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/portals/hub (Site Template: POINTPUBLISHINGHUB#0)
https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/portals/personal/firstnamelastname (Site Title: firstname.lastname, Site Template: POINTPUBLISHINGPERSONAL#0)

Seeking any advice or information if above sites are generated by default and what triggers the sites to be provisioned (e.g. especially for those with /portals/personal managed path).

In addition, hoping to confirm if there are any issues with updating their Storage Quota to a lower limit (e.g. 10 GB) as they appear to be provisioned with the max quota of 25 TB by default or if they require a minimum quota size to support its function.

Appreciate any advice or information.

Thank you and appreciate any advice or information.

    Hi @Daniel Chee ,
These three site collections you mentioned are generated by default.

    1. https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/portals/community
You might or might not see this site collection in the list. In case you do, this site collection is a dedicated space with the Community features enabled.
    2. https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/portals/hub
The second site collection in the list is /portals/hub. This is a site collection that contains all the videos you would post to the Office 365 Video Portal.

In addition, there is no official documentation that says there is a lower limit for Storage Quota. I tried to modify a site collection with Storage Quota of 10 GB without any problems. So no minimum quota size is required to support its functionality.
