Scan got failured

Question

In one host server av is not updating. I have verified scan is getting failed.

Below is the error 0x80244011 as per look up it saying wsus path registry is missing.

But verified in registry wsus is there any help on this.

I am attaching screenshot as well.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

We may try to stop "Windows Update" service and clean the Windows Update temporary cache folder and re-start the service to see if it helps, here is the steps:

1. Stop "Windows Update" service.
2. Open "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore" and delete all contents of this folder.
3. Re-start "Windows Update" service.
