I cannot create an app in the Developer Portal...I have tried going in via Bot Management but no success. I can type in the name of the app but when I click 'Add' it doesn't save the bot name. My colleagues in my organisation and in a separate organisation are also experiencing this issue.

@Stephen Creedon - Can you please share the error which you are getting after clicking on Add?
There is no error displayed on screen. I enter the Bot name, click add......then it returns me to the original screen.

We tried to create a new bot using developer portal and it got created successfully.
Please try to update your MS Teams version and check if it helps.
I have updated Teams, I have checked in both ios and MS environments. The issue is happening with my colleagues IN my company and with someone I know in a separate organisation. Unsure how to proceed??
