Cannot view Certification in Learning Portal

I have completed the AZ-700 Exam on the 9th of September 2022. I still cannot view the certification in my learning portal. Can someone assist?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
