certification recovery

I received two certifications in high school. One was Microsoft Word, and one was Microsoft PowerPoint. I am now locked out of my high school email account, and anything linked to it. How do I retrieve my certifications so that I can access them from my personal email? I need to print the certifications for a college class project.
