Is it possible to create listeners on the same port for public and private ip using multi-site for application Gateway Standard v2?

We are getting the below error in terraform.

Error: Two Http Listeners of Application Gateway are using the same Frontend Port."

if the same is not possible would appreciate it if any documentation link is shared.
