Office 365 - prevent other work account / personal account sign ins

For data compliance reasons, I need to prevent an O365 joined machine / user to share data with external users.

Is it possible to prevent O365 sign in to another work/school/personal account? I have tried blocking *.live.com, but that looks like a workaround and only prevents personal accounts to be logged in.
I know that "organization join" can be prevented through Registry, but this is not preventing any data leak, since sign in to the O365 site will still be possible.

Thank you for sharing details over message. Based on the requirement if you want to prevent users from signing in to any other O365/Live accounts then you can use tenant restrictions.

With tenant restrictions, you can specify the list of tenants that users on your network are permitted to access. Additionally, tenant restrictions feature also supports blocking the use of all Microsoft consumer applications (MSA apps) such as OneDrive, Hotmail, and Xbox. com.
