Setting up Azure Migrate to Migrate Hyper-V VMs

Hello

We have a OnPrem Hyper-V Host running Azure Backup Server and DPM setup to Backup 2 VM's. We now want to Migrate the 2 VMs to Azure using Azure Migrate. After setting up of Azure Migrate and installing of Site Recovery and Azure Recovery Agents unable to enable Replication of VM's from Azure.

Replication fails to be enabled successfully, is the Azure Backup DPM creating a conflict ?

Yes, I am following the details as per Azure Migrate. We have now uninstall the Microsoft Azure Backup DPM Server from the Host, but unable to complete the Azure Recovery Agent uninstall and have this error. Do you have any steps to Manually uninstall Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent.

I think YES! Azure backup server (MABS) installs MARS agent on Hyper-V host and Hyper-V to Azure Migrate/ASR installs MARS too, but the binaries are bit different and can cause conflict.

Hello , i am unable to uninstall old MARS Agent, to install the New agent associated with Azure Migrate, Are there any steps to forcefully uninstall the old MARS agent installed inside the DPM Folder.

I have also refered you article to use the Uninstall switch as available in Registry but that also does not help in this case. Please guide.

A Clean uninstaller or Method to forcefully uninstall should be made available incase of conflicts with different versions of application usage.
