Deleting terminated employee account and duplication
Hi,
once an employee(John.smith@azure.com) is terminated in the HR system azure account is set to inactive and is deleted after 25 days. In some cases if the employee rejoins after 25 days or another employee with the same name joins after 25 days the same username is given to the new joiner(John.smith@azure.com).
This is causing an issue in the HR system as it keeps the username of inactive employees and does not allow write back of John.smith@azure.com to a different employee number.
Can you please let me know what is the best practise to avoid generating duplicate usernames and deletion of terminated employees user accounts from Azure.
