Update failed on Windows server 2019

Hello

When I tried to install the update (KB5016623&KB5014692) for windows server, the installation is failed after the rebooting with error code 0x80070020.

    0x80070020 means the existing process can't access the file because it's being used by another process.

    please try to use the MSCONFIG tool to perform a clean boot on the machine and then try to perform the update again.
