teams incoming call dialog not work

Hi,

I Got a problem since July, teams desktop incoming call dialog does not work anymore, and it remains on desktop till teams quit.
it did show up, but whatever I click on the dialog, or just wait till timeout, nothing happens but leave a blank dialog like the picture:

the blank dialog remains until restart teams.

I have tried:
Clear cache
clear cache + uninstall teams + cleanup remains files + reinstall teams
disable GPU hardware accelerate

no works. any ideas?

    Hi,

    Do you have locked taskbar settings? If yes try to unlock and check the incoming calls, also check if you have multiple screens usually some versions had issues. What is your Teams version installed?

    Hope you are not on the Citrix or remote desktop? Can you try web client and test the incoming call.

    Hi @xianhua 李

    To my knowledge this issue may possibly be a Windows issue.
    Please consider opening a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center to involve support to look into this issue.
