Connectivity issue when I click on Network tab

I have an interesting observation.
Does not matter which Azure Service I am on, There are times in day when my colleagues and I experience the below error when we click on the Network menu on the left panel of any Azure Resource.
Be it at work or Home. I have seen this issue - Which prompted me to rule out an issue with my Home Network.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any potential fix?
