We have 9 users who's sync fails and it states it is because:
ExceededAllowedLength

I've tried clearing the thumbnailPhoto from our on premise AD as well as telling the AD Sync Agent to not sync the thumbnail attribute. Yet nightly it still fails.
This is now causing legal problems as the affected users are not updating in AzureAD, in any field, including their certifications which we need to legally change.
