Snip & Sketch is missing from Microsoft Store

I recently received new devices shipped by our vendor with factory image of Windows 10 21H2. I found that there is no Snip & Sketch app available. I understood that this is built-in with Windows 10 (Appx). Considering that OEM might have removed this while shipping, I have tried installing it from Microsoft Store, but apparently it not available there (also not with name ScreenSketch).
I have tried installing it with PowerShell "Get-AppXPackage Microsoft.ScreenSketch -AllUsers".
If I can find it from Microsoft Store, I can easily add it to my Business Store and have it targeted to all devices during autopilot enrolment.

Can someone help me on this please.

(Note: I also found that this app is missing from Windows 11. Is MS getting rid of this and keep native Snipping Tool?)

    Hi @Anonymous

I cannot find the Snip & Sketch tool which means it has been taken down. Here might be an alternative to Snip & Sketch:

    Snipping Tool
