Error 0x01110014 copying list items from SP2013 to SP Online

I receive the error code above with the message "Scan File Failure:The item's content type was not found in the initial scan" in the Failure summary report. I am copying a list with the single content type "Item". In the past, I have been able to copy items from the list using ShareGate.

    Do you use SharePoint Migration Tool?

    What version are you using? Please confirm the version you are using, as far as I know, this problem does occur in older versions. It is resolved in SharePoint Migration Tool v3.0.104.2 BETA, which is available to be downloaded there:
