difference between ios web clip and web link app

Hello ,

What is exact difference between webclip created from only web link (highlighted) when it deployed to iOS devices. ?
and 2. any issue when web link (not web clip app)is worked well for android personal devices. ?

    There are no perceived differences, they will behave the same on iOS devices as things currently are within Intune.

    Web Clips does have additional functionalities specific for Apple devices but are just not (yet) supported in Intune, such as, the ability to contact a phone number via a phone call or text message.
