MS 365 - Block IP Ranges of VPN Services

I'd like to know if it's possible to dynamically block Azure AD authentication attempts from IP ranges used by services like ExpressVPN. Has anyone tried this before?

    You can use a Conditional Access policy to block a range of IPs if you know what they are
