Azure monitor integration with moogsoft

There is a requirement to integrate Azure monitor with Moogsoft with webhook . I followed below URl but its not clear, can anyone share guide for that.

    Hi Anusha,
    I'd suggest starting here if you'd like to create a webhook in Azure.
    However I should say there's no easy button for this, so expect a bit of a learning curve if you haven't done it before.
    Perhaps someone else here has some quick-win suggestions or examples.
