I would like to be able to save a file in xlsx format, that is, with bright colors, fonts, images, etc. but I don't know how or where to guide me

Are you simply looking to upload the .xlsx file in the blob? Or you want to generate the XL with formatting?

It's not possible with data flow/ copy activity. We need to use batch activity or azure functions .

xlsx as a sink is yet not supported in Azure data factory.
And for this formatting aspect, the user would need to write his own custom code which can be achieved by either

Batch activity

Azure functions

Azure automation

Databricks etc
