I opened an account and testing on Free "Text to speech app".. However, they charged me to total $35.18+$21.84. As soon as I realized the first $35.18 charged on 22 Oct 2022 I cancelled the account and disputed. The dispute is unsuccessful; my Citibank credit card still accept the cost. Microsoft Azurer continued the second charge $21.84 on 18 Nov 2022. I believe it is unfair and misleading adv. Be careful from Microsoft Azure at https://azure.microsoft.com, specifically for their misleading advs such as Free Acounts and 55+ other services free always....
I also filed complaints to State, Fed to protect others from this misleading ADV by Microsoft Azure -

The robot may still counting and charge, You do not know how exactly the Azure calculating your actual work. It is not like MS Office for $99 /year. I used only one Azure page as in the following link, for my entire testing and be charged $57.02: https://speech.microsoft.com/audiocontentcreation if you open an account for free the limit characters will be 20,000
