Issues in registering with MS Learn

Hi Team,

I have already created a profile in Microsoft learn however I am facing an error to complete my certification profile in the learning portal while linking the learning account in the Partner Center portal.

I already connected back with MPN Support team, however they informed that the issue is outside their scope and needs to be resolved by the Learning team. I request the team to connect back with me to resolve the issue I am facing while associating my Learning profile to MPN account.
