Terraform version upgrade is failing with azure cloud shell

I tried to follow respective steps to upgrade terraform version using cloud shell using the respective link, I have reached till end, but something is missing at the end to get installed latest version. Please suggest what needs to be done. Please find the attached screenshot.
Even after restart the cloud shell it is failing to show latest version. Please suggest.

Can you please ensure that you created a folder named bin in your home directory and move the terraform executable into it. Afterwards restart your Cloud Shell session. (see here : https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-dev-docs/issues/614)

I tried that but it is not working, already bin folder is there. and terraform file is there inside the bin folder, please find below screenshot, Please suggest further.
