Problem to enroll new pc after stopping use Intune

I made test with Intune after using a single M365 licence but I cancel this licence .... since this cancellation, I'm not able to enroll new PC in Azure AD anymore ....

I think I have to disable enrollment with Intune but I don't find how to do that .... in the following screen the second option is disable

When I try to connect to Azure AD on a new laptop, I have got the following error : 80180003

    @FredBelgium Thanks for your update.

    If you just want to join device to Azure AD, please close the automatic enrollment. Please click on Azure Active Directory > Mobility (MDM and MAM) > Microsoft Intune in Azure AD portal and then set "MDM user scope" and "MAM user scope" to "None".

    Then you can try again to join the device to Azure AD.

    Hi @FredBelgium

    Try relicensing your user account/device again. I had an issue where I removed EMS licensing from mobile users and I had to re-enroll those devices in intune.
