Please i need your help on this issue.
After our Post windows security update (KB5016616) Teams audio crashing when joining Teams meeting and also teams not detecting microphone as well.
This issue happens when user connect this model notebook HP Elitebook 850 G8 with Phillips monitor.
When they connect the laptop HP Elitebook 850 G8 with the Philips Monitor i can hear the people who are in the teams meeting but they cant hear me.
But when i disconnect the Philips monitors there is no issue. it only occurs when i can connect the Phillips monitors
