Hi,
I configure backup for VM and once finished, deleted backup.
Also, in backup RG (created during backup configuration) i deleted snapshot/disk (created with backup).
Now, i am not able to delete restore point and collection, & error is displayed with Message:There is an active shared access signature outstanding for disk restore point VM_OsDisk_1_837e51ed5b0342a38d6a3326bbb7ad7f_434e493b-b82f-4847-87a5-19107f098907. Call EndGetAccess before deleting the VM restore point AzureBackup_20220921_080610.

I tried to open disk to revoke SAS but, disk was deleted and not able to revoke SAS.

Hope someone can help and have solution for this.

    Hello @Tanuj Satle ,

Thanks for your post! It appears that the recovery vault may still be intact and has some undeleted backup data in it (which in turn is in the restore point collection's resource group). Per my understanding, the vault has to be deleted in order to delete the restore point and collection. In addition, those restore point collection resources will only incur charges if there's any restore points in it.

In this case, can you please attempt to try deleting the whole restore point collection per the following screenshot below:

This will be found under the resource group for the Azure Backup instance and see if the deletion is successful. If this is unsuccessful, then we will need to raise this with our Azure Backup Team for further investigation.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Thanks!
    Carlos V.
