New outlook email through godaddy not working
Hi -
I just set up a new domain through GoDaddy and a new email through them, which I understand is actually ran through outlook.
From day 1, I could receive email but not send it. This was from the outlook app on my iphone and from the web client. In talking with GoDaddy, they said this is a Microsoft issue and is getting worked on. They recommend I go to: sender.office.com, to put in my new email and IP address to get it delisted. I have to do this on every network and device I connect to.
For the networks or devices i've done this on, I'm able to send email but it arrives in the junk mail folders of the recipients.
This seems to me as a GoDaddy issue, but not sure. Does anyone have insight on this problem? If I moved it from GoDaddy and had microsoft manage the email, would that make a difference?
